Figure painting of art model Lisa Byrne, by Roy L. Lambert, 1995
This is the very first time I posed as an art model, back in 1995. I’m wearing a dress that my teacher, Anne Kinkade, gave me to use as a prop. I was extremely nervous when I later took it off. I quickly discovered- as Anne suspected-that I really enjoyed art modeling, and had a knack for it. This figure study painting was later given to me by my friend and artist, Roy Lambert, who passed away earlier this year.
Lisa Byrne-Fine art figure model for 17 years. Currently available for hire in the Southern Oregon region. I have worked in Santa Barbara, SF, & Portland. Travel to Canada & abroad is occasionally an option. Rates vary. Contact me with your project details.
Im a former advanced certified SCUBA diver, with a passion for pole dancing, contortionists & knife throwing. I love being fit. While I do have a chronic illness, I manage many of the symptoms with healthy diet, medication & exercise. CFIDS has taught me patience, gratitude, humility, and self-worth.
